We hope everyone is having a wonderful and restful summer. Please remember that company members are required to attend summer classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they are in town.
- SUMMER THURSDAY JAZZ: Miss Connie will be teaching the next three Thursday jazz classes and all classes are in regular summer session.
- REGISTRATION FOR FALL CLASSES: Registration for fall will begin in late July with the mailing of registration packets.
- ANNUAL COMPANY FEE DUE: $150.00 Annual company fee due by July 20th either in the company payment envelope in the lobby or mailed into the studio. Envelopes have been handed out in summer classes as we saw your dancer. If they have not yet attended & it is not still in the studio when you return it had been mailed to you.
- FALL SCHEDULES: Your dancers fall schedule will be emailed to you in early August so you may complete your registration form. Classes begin Tuesday, September 3rd.
- SOLO, DUET AND TRIO ASSIGNMENTS: Assignments have been emailed out to dancers replying by the deadline. If you missed the July 3rd deadline but would still like to make a request, please do so via email only. Dancers making requests after the July 3rd deadline will be scheduled to learn routines after fall classes begin. If you made a request by the deadline but did not receive a reply please let me know.
UPCOMING DATES:
• AUGUST 1st- AUGUST 15th: "Size run" jacket, pants and t-shirts will be in the lobby for dancers who need to try them on in order to purchase company sweats and t-shirts this season. ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST PURCHASE THESE. Veteran dancers who need new items may also order. Order forms will be emailed the week of August 1st. There will be no billing envelope handed out for this.
• AUGUST 20th: Money & order form due for sweats, t-shirts, yard signs and car stickers to the company payment envelope in the lobby. There will be no billing envelope handed out for this.
• SEPTEMBER 14th: 10:30 am (during Production) MANDATORY parent meeting at the studio to receive this season's tentative dates and information.
• SEPTEMBER 20th: Dance Revolution Convention fee *** due to the company envelope in the lobby. The fee is approximately $170.00 - $180.00 depending on level.
• OCTOBER 13th: MANDATORY Sunday rehearsal 2:00 - 4:00pm
• OCTOBER 20th: $100.00 costume down payment fee *** due to the company envelope in the lobby.
• OCTOBER 26th: Possible fall performance
• NOVEMBER 8th – 10th: Dance Revolution Convention at Hyatt Regency DFW Airport
